<p>The installation which conveys products on machine tools from one work station to the next, has a slide moving backwards and forwards, several grip units on the slide, and two shear-type levers with grip jaws at one end. Springs operate the levers in one direction, and a further device opens and closes the levers and jaws. The levers (8, 9) with the jaws (11, 12) rotate around a common axis (10) and they are operated by round cams (14, 15) displaced in a lengthways guide channel (16) in a pressure piece (17). This piece is moved at right angles to the guide channel by a double-acting hydraulic cylinder.</p> |
