In order to permit efficient production of a passenger seat, a fitting plate is inserted between the legs (4; 5) of the tubular frame (1) which is bent in a hairpin shape. Any desired additional components such as handles, ashtrays, luggage racks etc. can be connected to the said plate in a modular fashion. By attaching a reinforcement bead (9) to the frame (1) the possibility is provided of connecting further components, such as a folding table, to the seat in a simple and space-saving manner. <IMAGE> |
