发明名称 VISUALIZING APPARATUS OF FORM AND FUNCTION
摘要 PURPOSE:To visualize data of form and function of a sample by taking out only a diffusing transmitting light among laser lights having different wavelengths from each point of said sample and forming the form and distribution inside said sample into an image based on outputs by an optical heterodyne detection with using a light having a wavelength not absorbed by a substance to be detected in said sample and, positional data of the measuring points. CONSTITUTION:Only a transmitting light L10 diffused at each point of a sample 7 is selectively taken out from a plurality of laser lights L1, L2 having different wavelengths. The taken-out transmitting light L10 is measured by an optical heterodyne detection output. The form inside the sample 7 is visualized from outputs of the optical heterodyne detection by light having a wavelength hardly absorbed by an objective substance in said sample and positional data of the measuring points. Meanwhile, the function inside the sample 7 is visualized from differential data of outputs of the optical heterodyne detection by the light hardly absorbed by and a light absorbed by the objective substance, and positional data of the measuring points. Accordingly, the form and functioning state of the sample can be monitored.
