PURPOSE:To avert the occurrence of chuttering as with the use of ordinary total reflection mirror by putting a refractive member of a size having some margin into or out from parallel beams thereby letting the beams advance straight forward or refract with the refractive member, thus changing their optical path and performing changeover operation. |
