<p>1512986 Golf club convertible for normal play or practice D T PELZ 2 July 1975 [22 July 1974] 27910/75 Heading A6D Means are attachable to a golf club, e.g. putter, head in a selected one of two positions in a first of which the striking face is uninterrupted and planar and the club is suitable for normal play, and in a second of which two elements project forwardly of the striking face, the centre of percussion being located centrally between the elements and the club being suitable for practising striking a golf ball with the area of striking face between the elements and not with the elements themselves. In a modification of the embodiment shown, the means consists of two separate elements which are bolted to opposite ends of the back (striking face) of the club head in the first (second) position.</p> |
