Buoy recovery grapnel unit - has supporting surfaces regulating height when towed through water

The grapnel is for fishing up buoys, mooring wires, anchors etc., having one or more supporting surfaces. Thus, when hauled through the water its height can be regulated by teh towing speed and/or the length of the towing wire. The downwards forces when floating can act at a point below that of the upwards ones, so as to keep the grapnel stable. Slide flanges can be provided to allow it ride over small obstacles on the seabed. To recover a mooring wire, the grapnel unit can be towed under it by a n auxiliary wire.
