The rotating connecting piece is fitted at the lower end of the pipe(1) inside the bore(4). The connector is cylindrical and has a groove at the upper end to take an 'O' ring (7). The sealing ring(8) fits in a conical groove in the cylinder. The adaptor is screwed into a pipe by the thread(5) at the lower end of the adaptor and connected to the upper pipe by the locknut(6).
