<p>The support(10) made of wood, chipboard etc. is provided with elastic slits(11) which are worked in, e.g. sawn in across the longidutinal direction of the support. These slits can extend parallel to each othr over the entire width to leave side bands (12a, 12b). Alternatively a centre longitudinal band can be formed by the slits only extending halfway across, pref. parallel but off-set relative to each other. The support is thus divided into strips which are still connected together to adapt to the constantly varying load being applied by the user.</p> |
