An invention for removing the rotating vibration and reducing the wear caused by high speed rotation, which is lubricated in the space between the rotating tube and axis of rotation and is gearing into gears fitted in the shaft and gears in lower part are gearing because of rotating the rotating tube when rotating the rotor of the motor, and rotating dually in the inside of the rotating tube with rotating gears fitted in another axis.
