The dermatological treatment appts. uses a mixt. of steam, air and/or ozone, having a head with outlet supplied with ozone or ozone-enriched air, and also an internal steam pipe. The outlet nozzle from the latter is at right angles to the pipe and in line with the head outlet. The nozzle (12) is mounted inside the steam pipe (11), so as to form a zigzag passage to the steam between the inside and outside of the pipe, thus causing a slight fall in a steam temp. inside the nozzle.
