The safety belt can be easily released by a reducer in the event of an accident. Between the belt (1) and the side anchoring point is fitted a safety lock. The latter has first hooking element on the belt (1). A second hooking element is connected to the anchoring point and it is used for engaging in the first hooking element. Both hooks can be locked in hooked condition. The second hooking element can be released. A flexible control element with handles at both ends exerts pull on the blocking element.
