PURPOSE:To improve and stabilize the strength of joint portion of the small diameter rod type cutting tool, by giving a high speed rotation and press force to the cutting edge part inserted into the hole of the hilt part on purpose to cause the both parts to partly swell out into the gap formed between two parts and to weld each other. |
