PURPOSE:To avert the resistance value variations at the time of resin sealing by using a substrate having (811) planne as its substrate and making the current direction of the P type resistance elements formed therein in the direction parallel with or perpendicular to the bearing which is rotated 45 deg. from the crystal axis <011> of the substrate at the time of forming a semiconductor device having the resistances elements.
