PURPOSE:To automatically and efficiently execute the setting of a therapy range and the setting of an irradiation field of a therapy device by converting the process extending from X-ray CT photographing to a therapy plan by a positioning device and a therapy by the therapy device to on-line. CONSTITUTION:Tomography photographing is executed by an X-ray CT 1, and by a calculating means 21, a three-dimensional coordinate of a center position of an interest area for executing a radiation therapy, and simulation image data from image data of the X-ray CT 1 are derived by a calculation, and by controlling light projecting means 23-25 of a positioning means 20 by the data concerned, marking is executed to a body to be examined. A collimator multiple diaphragm control means 36 executes positioning of a therapy device 9 and setting of an opening part of a collimator 41, based on said marking and data from the calculating means, and by comparing an image obtained by executing a radiation irradiation in a set state, with said simulation image, a correct irradiated positioning is executed. |
