Novel pyranochromone derivatives having the general formula: <IMAGE> wherein R1 represents hydrogen atom, an alkali metal or an alkyl group containing 1-4 carbon atoms; R2, R3 and R4 represent hydrogen atom or an alkyl group containing 1-4 carbon atoms respectively, provided that both R3 and R4 are not hydrogen atom at the same time; R5 and R6 represent an alkyl group containing 1-4 carbon atoms respectively; and R7 represents hydrogen atom, hydroxyl group, an alkyl group containing 1-4 carbon atoms or an alkoxyl group containing 1-4 carbon atoms. The novel medicaments comprising predominantly the above derivative are effective for the treatment of allergic diseases. |
