<p>The cassette design enables teaching programs to be followed, such as language learning by simultaneous sound and vision and the study is musical scores. The layout comprises a viewing window (1) with optical system, quide roller (2), forwards and backwards winding spools (3, 4), sound pick-up head (5), pressure contact driving roller (6) and corner locating hole (7). The whole assembly is incorporated in a rectangular cassette housing (9). A mechanism is included to reverse the direction of travel of the tape, which may be employed for rewinding or for the reading of Asiatic script as opposed to European. An electronical operated remote hand control may also be fitted to stop the tape when desired.</p> |
