VERFAHREN UND VORRICHTUNG ZUR HERSTELLUNG VON BRETZELN

摘要

Pretzels are produced automatically by a machine which feeds a strand of dough of the rigth length by a belt conveyor to a tilting strip and a timplate. One end of the strand is held in groove of the template which turns clockwise through 270 degrees to finish the pretzel shape with the help of the tilting strip and two press-down fingers. This saves all manual labour in the pretzel production and eliminates the complex kinematics of known devices.
