摘要 <p>A compsn. for improving the adhesion of polyester, modal, high modulus and thermostable yarns and glass fibre to natural and synthetic rubbers comprise (1) a resin soln. contg. 547-8954 pts. wt. deionised water, 1-2 pts. wt. NaOH, 48-57 pts. wt. resorcinol/formaldehyde precondensate resin and 14.75-17.5 pts. wt. 40% formaldehyde soln., (2) a latex contg. 805-875 pts. wt. vinylpyridine latex, 46-92 pts. wt. polychloroprene latex and 80 pts. wt. 28% NH4OH soln. and (3) a latex contg. 200 pts. wt. deionised water, 15 pts. 28% NH4OH soln. and 350 pts. wt. dicarboxylated butadiene/styrene resin. The solids content of the compsn. is 6-30 wt.% wt. ratio of dry resin/total solids content is 8-10%; wt. ratio of dry latex/dry resin is 8-11:1; wt. radio of dry chlorinated latex/dry latex is 5-10%; wt. ratio of dry latex/total solids content is 86-87% and final pH of compsn. is 9.6 plus-or-minus 0.3. The compsns. allow yarns of high flexibility and good bonding power to be obtd. The (un)winding and slip characteristics of the yarns are also improved.</p>
