A giant flying boat with an all up weight of 1200 to 1500 tonnes is designed for carrying 30 to 40 combat aircraft over distances of 6000 to 7500 km. at a speed of 820 to 840 km/hr. It is considered that an aircraft of this size is feasible if built as a seaplane. A special mother ship would be provided for the maintenance of the seaplane and for the loading and unloading of the combat aircraft. The seaplane would also be equipped with a system to enable the combat aircraft to join the parent seaplane in mid air.
