SUBSTANCE: invention proposes derivatives of ethanolamine of the general formula (I) <EMI ID=0.257 HE=21 WI=57 TI=CHI> where R<SB>1</SB> - phenyl, naphthyl, indalyl, pyridyl, benzofuranyl, benzodioxalyl; R<SB>2</SB> - halogen atom, nitro-group and others; R<SB>3</SB> - hydrogen atom, benzyl and others; n = 0-3. Method of synthesis of compounds of the formula (I) involves an interaction of compound of the formula (II): <EMI ID=0.258 HE=12 WI=21 TI=CHI> with compound of the formula (III) <EMI ID=0.259 HE=21 WI=48 TI=CHI>. Invention proposes also a pharmcomposition containing an effective amount of compounds of the formula (I) in combination with a pharmaceutically acceptable nontoxic carrier or vehicle that can be used for treatment and/or prophylaxis of human or animals with uresis disorder, spasms or increased peristalsis of gastroenteric tract.
