PURPOSE:To obtain a conductive screen with frame of superior flat plate characteristic free from slack, crease, etc. by superposing a sheet-form conductive screen along a holding frame of a smaller coefficinent of thermal expansion, evenly heating and securing the same onto the frame thereafter cooling. |
