This device aims to dry inscriptions applied onto bodies of revolution. To this end, the bodies of revolution (3) are arranged on a placing element (2) integral with a plate (1) and are pressed against small wheels (7) mounted freely on the element (2) via shoes (10) fastened to the end of levers (8). The pressure exerted by the shoes on the bodies of revolution is given by a spring (13). The rotation of the plate (1) produces the rotation of the bodies of revolution (3) by virtue of the latter rolling over the inner faces (16) of the shoes (10). Thus, the bodies of revolution (3) pass in front of the heating element (15) in order to dry the inscriptions they bear. <IMAGE>
