FIBER-REINFORCED POLYPROPYLENE RESIN COMPOSITION

PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition improved in rigidity and impact resistance and being capable of producing a molding of a clay color specification by mixing a mixed polymer of PP with a carboxylated PP with a silane-treated reinforcing fiber and a specified coloring component. CONSTITUTION:A clay coloring component is obtained by mixing 100 pts.wt. two-component pigment comprising 95-80wt.% TiO2 and 5-20wt.% carbon black with 20-50 pts.wt. PE wax. 100 pts.wt. mixed polymer comprising PP and 5-20wt.% carboxylated PP is mixed with 10-50 pts.wt. reinforcing fiber (e.g., glass fiber) treated with a silane coupling agent (e.g., methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane) and 20-50 pts.wt. clay coloring component.
