The intermediate spacers at the slip rings 9, 10 comprise washers 3, 4 extending beyond the cross-section of the strips 1, 2 and resting above flanges 18 to which the connectors 13, 14 are attached. The upper spacer 5 is connected to a support 8 and the lower spacer 6 comprises a pair of elements mated at an interface 24 and secured by a wedge 25 within a lower fixing bracket 7. |
