PURPOSE: A wall body is provided to prevent chemical material from corroding concrete or from polluting soil while being transported or stored. CONSTITUTION: A wall body is composed of: a plastic protection panel(10) densely contacted with concrete when installing concrete, formed as a plate shape as having a specific size, an anchor(30) having an insertion groove(31), attached in a specific interval at one face selected after selecting one face between both faces of the protection panel(10), and a ring shape rod(20) for attaching the protection panel with concrete by connecting with steel when installing concrete, inserted into the insertion groove. To form a transportation pipe or a storage tank made of concrete, a base steel(40) and a mold need to be installed before installing concrete. After that, concrete is installed by connecting the ring shaped rod inserted in the insertion groove of the anchor with the steel and a wire(50) after installing the protection panel in the mold.
