PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to sufficiently develop dyeability and the impact resistance of a primer layer by incorporating specific compounds into a hard coating layer. SOLUTION: The following three are incorporated into the hard coating layer. (A) The particulates consisting of >=1 kind of the metal oxide of the metal selected from Si, Sn, etc., of 1 to 100 mμin grain size and/or the composite particulates composed of >=2 kinds of the metal oxides selected from Si, Al, etc. (B) The organic silicon compounds expressed by formula I, where R1 is an organic group having a polymerizable reaction group; R2 is a 1-6C hydrocarbon group; X1 is a hydrolyzable group and 1 is 0 or 1. (C) The compounds of one or >=2 kinds selected from the group of the compds. expressed by formula II or formula III, where R3 is 2-36C hydrocarbon groups and may include -O-, -OH group; m is 1 or 2; R4 and R3 are 1-6C hydrocarbon groups; X2 and X3 are hydrolyzable groups; Y is an organic group including a carbonate group or epoxy group and n is 0 or 1.
