PURPOSE: A composition of heat welding rod for repairing bumper is provided, which is a composition of adhesion mould useful in repairing breakage or scratches on car bumper as well as scratches on any surfaces of an automobile body except for the bumper. CONSTITUTION: A composition of heat welding rod for repairing bumper is characterized in that 55 mass % of thermoplastic resin, 35 mass % of petroleum, and 10 mass % of pigment are mixed with waste bumper pulverization pallet in a state of fine powder of 200 mesh, the mixtures are subjected to vacuum molding under high temperature, and then rod type heat welding rod is molded by cold hardening of the moldings. The heat welding rod is fused by a hot blower and stacked on a section of a bumper to be repaired as a reinforce plastic, the section stacked with the reinforce plastic is subjected to surface polishing, and then the section is painted. Accordingly, since bumper repairing working becomes to be very simple while adhesion strength and hardness of the repaired section are excellent, the useful effect that scratches as well as broken part is repaired by stacking adhesive mould is provided. |
