PURPOSE:To increase adaptability for the operation in respective operation stages and to execute the operations in a short time by always collectively displaying all the operation items necessary for a selected transaction during the transaction. CONSTITUTION:When a customer selects an item for which the transaction is to be executed by an input means 4, based on the instruction of a control means 3, all the operation items corresponding to the selected transaction item are read out from an operation sequence information storing part 2a, and a guidance message corresponding to the first operation item is read out from a guidance display information storing part 2b, and both the pieces of information are synthesized by a picture information synthesizing means 3 and displayed on a display means 1. Further, according to the progress of the transaction, the guidance message corresponding to the next operation is successively read out based on to the instruction of the control means 3, synthesized with the operation item, and displayed on the display means. Thus, the adaptability for the operations in the respective operation stages can be increased, the operations can be executed in a short time, and transaction time can be widely shortened. |
