<p>The oven/potisserie is a rectangular construction with a cooking chamber (2) and a revolving support (3) to take meats, prepared dishes and small meals, such as vol-ou-vents, to be cooked. A complementary mechanism heats the chamber (2) and ensures air circulation. The side panels (5) carry the structural means of support of the top (11) and bottom (30). Heating elements in groups (4) are positioned between the vertical panels as well as between the external panels and the inner ones. Insulation material, preferably glass threads fill the space between the panelling. At least two turbines in the side walls (5) ensure homogeneous hot air circulation around the dishes.</p> |
