<p>The door for a strongroom comprises a hinging section and frame both of metal and a lock which may act at several different points if desired. The hinging section (5) is enclosed on the outside by sections (15) fixed to the frame, and forms when shut baffles impeding the insertion of an instrument between the frame or ground and hinging portion in order to break the door open. Along the outer face of the hinging section is a groove (17) into which the protruding sections (15) on the frame fit, so as to leave a vertical slot inclined to the plane of the door. These grooves can be of trapezium section, while the protruding sections are of complementary shape.</p> |
