The invention relates to liquid-crystal mixtures having positive anisotropy of the dielectric constants, which are characterised in that they contain a nematogenic material having a clearing point of above 60 DEG C, one or more compounds of the formula <IMAGE> in which R1 and R2 are hydrogen or straight-chain alkyl, or at least one of the two substituents R1 and R2 is not hydrogen, and where the number of carbon atoms of R1 and R2 together is at most 9, and optionally one or more further dopes (dopants). |
