PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excellent in hydrolysis resistance, low-temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, and heat resistance by reacting a specified linear polyhydroxy compound with an organic diisocyanate. CONSTITUTION:A linear polyhydroxy compound which is a polyester polycarbonate polyol obtained by reacting an alcohol component at least containing an aliphatic and/or alicyclic hydrocarbon diol polycarbonate diol (e.g. 1,6- hexamethylene polycarbonate diol) and desirably further containing a low- molecular polyhydroxy compound having at least two OH groups (e.g. 1,4- butanediol) with an acid component, for example, an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid (e.g. adipic acid) is reacted with an organic diisocyanate (e.g. 4,4'- diphenylmethane diisocyanate) and optionally a low-molecular compound having at least two hydrogen atoms reactive with an isocyanate group (e.g. 1,4- butanediol). |
