Seed planting device (10) comprises an elongate tube (11) with a container (13) at the top to store seeds and a sharpened end (12) at the bottom for making a hole (or furrow) and guiding seed into the hole. After the seed is positioned in the hole, the user uses their foot to cover it with soil. The seed planting device (10) enables a user to plant seeds in an area inaccessible or non-commercial for the use of a mechanical planter machine.
