An epoxy bead with a mirror face and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure an aesthetic effect by printing beautiful patterns on the surface of a transparent layer made of epoxy. The method for manufacturing epoxy beads with a mirror face comprises the steps of: producing the epoxy beads of a predetermined shape(S1); printing a transfer paper to be used for a portion of the surface of the epoxy bead(S2); disposing the transfer paper on the surface of the epoxy bead and then thermally transferring a pattern on the epoxy bead within a predetermined temperature range(S3); and forming a mirror layer on a portion or the entire surface of the epoxy bead except for the pattern transferred part(S4).
