Table junction directs stacks of boards between equipment manufacturing chip- or fibreboard panels etc, having a sliding table and a mechanism thrusting the stacks onto it, serving feed and discharge conveyor at right angles to each other. The stacks(1) are thrust onto the table(2) by a manipulating frame(7) with rails(8) above the table on both sides, along which a gantry(9) travels, equipped with a travelling crab(10). A ram(12) on the crab has a pressure plate(13) thrust downwards onto the stacks, and the table acts as a support for the stacks. Thus when the pressure plate is thrust down onto them, they can be moved in any desired direction by coordinated movements of gantry and crab.
