<p>PURPOSE:To enlarge a transmission torque capacity and reduce the whole width of a clutch by disposing a frictional material on the outermost periphery of an input rotor to mount a pulley member opposed axially to said frictional material on the input rotor. CONSTITUTION:An input rotor 20 is constituted of a main rotary member 30 and a bearing 24. To the outer periphery of front side R face of an outside magnetic pole 21 is applied a disk-like frictional material 25. A movable piece 5 is adsorbed to the input rotor 20 by magnetic fluxes flowing in a main magnetic circuit A so that the frictional material 25 engages the movable piece 5. A drive force of the input rotor 20 is transmitted to an output rotor 6 by the frictional engaging force to drive a compressor 1. Thus, a transmission torque capacity can be enlarged and the whole width of a clutch can be reduced.</p> |
