An isothermal controlled cooling system which can improve the quality of the products and can reduce the manufacturing cost of the products by controlling volume portions of ferrite and pearlite, controlling heat treatment deformation in a final heat treatment process and removing the bent structure, thereby improving machinability of products and uniformity of mechanical properties is provided. An isothermal controlled cooling system(200) comprises: a base(10) including supports and an electric wire(11); an annealing furnace(20) which has an inlet(22) formed on the front thereof, an outlet(23) formed on the rear thereof, and refractories filled therein, and which is divided into a quenching section(30) and a soaking section(40); an exhaust port(50) which is formed on an upper surface of the annealing furnace, and passes through the center of the quenching section; a sirocco fan(60) which is formed on the upper surface of the annealing furnace, and passes through the center of the soaking section; an air supply part(70) which is formed below the base and includes a plurality of through holes(74,75) penetrated into the annealing furnace to circulate air through a plurality of holes(32) formed in the refractories in the annealing furnace by allowing a plurality of blowers(72,73) to blow sucked air into the through holes; a cooling water line including a pipe which is horizontally formed in a zigzag form in an empty space formed at an outer side of an outer wall of the annealing furnace; a temperature measuring device including a quenching section temperature gauge(80) and a soaking section temperature gauge(90); a mesh belt(100) rotated through the inlet and the outlet of the annealing furnace; a drive part(110) rotating the mesh belt through a drive motor(111); and a control box(130) controlling the electric wire, the exhaust port, the air supply part, the cooling water line, and the drive part. |
