FIELD: manual tools, possibly for different branches of machine engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: wrench includes lever, working head arranged in one end of lever, casing with electronic metering device mounted in other end of lever, handle with power battery, elastic member deformation measuring pickup connected with electronic metering device. Said lever is telescopic one.
