<p>There is a swivelling saw frame on the frame saw machine, with swing parallel to the forward movement of the wood. The top and bottom guide carriers (19) are fitted to a swivel shaft (23) passing through the uprights (1) below the top or above the bottom draw rollers, extending in the line of the rotational axis, at a point between top and bottom dead points (OT) on the guide shoes concerned. One of the bottom guide carriers has a rigid extension (30), forming a swivel arm parallel to the shoes' thrust direction. This reaches as far as the crank drive (2), and is linked to the swivel drive for the guide carriers via a push-rod parallel to the forwarding line. The top guide carriers are connected to the two bottom ones by one or more vertical push-rods (28). This produces sinusoidal travel for the horizontal oscillation frame components.</p> |
