PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet blocking pressure-sensitive adhesive composition excellent in weather resistance and used by applying to a film, etc. and an ultraviolet blocking adhesive sheet produced by using the composition. SOLUTION: The ultraviolet blocking pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprises (D) a polyester-based resin having -80 to 0°C glass transition temperature and having a hydroxyl group and/or a carboxyl group on a side chain, (E) an organic ultraviolet-blocking compound and (F) a reactive compound capable of reacting with the hydroxyl group and/or the carboxyl group in the resin (D).
