PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a peeled plug effectively by preventing a scatter of a specimen in the case of peeling the plug from a blood-collecting tube. SOLUTION: A pulling-up unit 24 raises a tab from the blood-collecting tube. The peeling unit mounted on S5 seizes and raises the tab upward. An imperfect peeling treatment is applied to this case. A pushing-down unit mounted on S6 pushes down a standing plug to the back side. A dispensing treatment and a plug-closing treatment are applied after pushing down the plug. The plug in the imperfect peeling state is utilized for the plug-closing treatment, and the upper opening of the blood-collecting tube gets into a concealment state. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
