Display with symbols on movable belts - has transparent pockets in belts for replaceable symbol carriers and may have auxiliary carrier

The display equipment has symbols on belts which are moved on rollers to bring different symbols into view. To avoid having to change the belts in order to change the symbols, each belt (3) has a number of transparent pockets (5) for replaceable symbol carriers (4). The belt has inner and outer sections (6, 7) joined together at intervals to form the pockets. The outer section (7) is pref. a clear film welded or bonded to a base belt. An auxiliary carrier is included and may have a fixing clamp edge (11).
