Tissue paper making machine - has web forming and dried web winding stations arranged on same diametral side of drying cylinder

Tissue web making machine has the tissue web forming station and dried tissue web winding station arranged on the same diametral side of the web drying station whose drying roller serves also to turn the web through 180 degrees for guiding to the winding station. Machine has a web forming throat for forming the web between a cylinder and a wire/and a felt, the cylinder being connected over part of its periphery to compressed air to assist the dehydration of the web which after passing over a suction drum is transfered to a drying cylinder, whilst the felt is returned over guide rollers to the throat. Tissue making the machine layout is extremely compact and its length is considerably reduced.
