<p>Volumetric precision metering machine for liquid and pasty substances has a distribution chamber with an inner portion which can be moved axially. It has an actuating piston and cylinder in which the piston has an adjustable stroke. This is alternately pushed in either direction. Operation is by means of a single power fluid supply, operating both the distributor and the pump piston. There is an adjustable valve to give more or less sharp throttling of the vent to change the metering speed. There is a pumping cylinder for taking in and expelling the metered substance down the delivery line. For use on pastry or corrosive materials e.g. in pharmaceutical industries.</p> |
