Fabric produced on a circular loom has the weft yarn extending in one direction, either to the right of left. The fabric may be of single or double weave-type and provided with different patterns. It may be woven such that the warp and weft yarns are disposed on each side of the fabric or the warp yarns can be arranged such that they appear selectively on one side or both sides of the fabric. Warp fabric of the single weave-type may be provided with fibres, loops, stitch loops or pile.
