An energy operating system of the present invention includes: an energy storage device which collects battery information from a battery cell connected to external power supply to charge a direct current (DC), a module consisting of a plurality of battery cells, and a sub rack consisting of a plurality of modules, and transmits the same; and an energy management device which receives state information of the battery cell and commands charging or discharging of the battery cell according to a constant control, manages data received from the energy storage device in real time, and provides an output screen of a user interface method to a user. |
