The present invention relates to an automatic medicine packaging machine which automatically discharges medicine from a plurality of medicine cassette in accordance with a prescription of a doctor or a pharmacist, and packages the same for one serving. The automatic medicine packaging machine comprises: a medicine cassette (101) placed on an upper part of a main body of the automatic medicine packaging machine; a path member (130) guiding medicine discharged from the medicine cassette to a lower part of the main body of the automatic medicine packaging machine; and a cleaning unit (160) which cleans up an inside of the path member while not opening the path member. The cleaning unit comprises: a cleaning member (161) which moves inside the path member and cleans up dust attached to a wall surface of the path member; and a moving means which moves the cleaning member. |
