Automatic block loader for pallets - has conveyor to move each block over turntable for orientation and marshalling into alternately arranged layers

The installation is used for automatic loading of blocks onto a pallet and comprises a conveyor for receiving the individual blocks which are all arranged one way. The blocks pass down the conveyor and onto a turntable. Depending on the arrangement of each row of blocks, the individual blocks may pass immediately over the turntable or may remain on it and be rotated 90 deg. On leaving the turntable, the blocks are marshalled into rows and these separate rows pass along another conveyor onto the pallet. This latter descends vertically after completing each layer until it is fully loaded for removal.
