PURPOSE:To increase breaking resistance and flexural strength of fishing rod by spirally winding a thin paralleled carbon fiber tape with a large amount of resin impregnated as a third layer around a fishing rod while piling the edge part of tape. CONSTITUTION:A thin sheet is used as a paralleled carbon fiber sheet of first layer to wind fiber in the circumferential direction of rod and prepreg 2' having fiber paralleled in the axial direction of rod. A paralleled carbon fiber tape 3' as a third layer is spirally wound as a third layer around the rod while piling edge part of tape. An amount of resin impregnated into the tape 3' is increased, the tape is made thin and increase in weight of rod is prevented. |
