The present invention relates to an X-ray target device which comprises: a frame installed in an X-ray generator of an X-ray imaging device for emitting an X-ray toward a measurement target patient; and a light irradiation unit installed in the frame, and configured to irradiate guide light along an emission direction of the X-ray so as to display an irradiation position or an irradiation range of the X-ray with respect to the patient. According to the present invention, the X-ray target device irradiates the guide light along a radiation direction of the X-ray to enable an operator to easily identify the radiation direction or a radiation range of the X-ray so as to reduce time and efforts, consumed for an imaging operation.
